Stakeholders and team members better understand project performance when they can actually see the project plan and how work is progressing. Follow along with project management expert Luke Angel as he shares his tips for rocking out visual reports in Microsoft Project. You will learn to leverage the power of Excel pivot tables and Visio pivot diagrams. He introduces Project's built-in visual report templates and walks you through creating a task burnup report, a work breakdown structure (WBS), and a resource analysis report.

The techniques shown work equally well with Microsoft Project 2010, 2013, and 2016.
